Sampling methods vary depending on personal preference. We encourage you to bring your own Rig and torch! We are providing 1 torch at each table just in case someone needs!
You have a responsibility to the farmers that entered to be at the event on time and to be able to stay to the end.
We recommend you focus on the samples you know by smell that you may enjoy and save the ones that don’t interest you as much until the end. It is ok to choose not to sample something if you know its not something your gonna enjoy.
This way you can spend more time enjoying the ones that interest you and less time or no time on ones that do not. The nose knows!
